I painted these two tiny, tiny oils on those little pre-stretched canvases.  I did them for the Daily Painters' of Pennsylvania  monthly challenge blog. The sheep is on Owens Farm outside of Sunbury,PA.     The barns are outside of Bozeman, MT.   (Both Sold)

Hi!  I'm back.  I have been very busy for the past few months.  First, I was in a 2-person show with Marjorie Priceman,  I started teaching, and then the holidays came.  The show was at Packwood House Museum's Kelly Gallery.  We both sold well and there was a nice piece in the Daily Item newspaper.  

I am teaching an adult watercolor class now at the Sunbury YMCA Art Center.  I started this little painting as a demonstration and finished it up today. Hope you like it.    J.

Another small watercolor from Lewisburg.  This is the wall of a garden near the Susquehanna River in town.  I liked the four big evergreens in the background behind the four small evergreens on the wall.

August 2012 Challenge for Daily Painters of PA

I picked and painted these yesterday.  I never had pointy tomatoes before.  They are good sized so I put the 'Roma" tomato in to show scale.  Actually, the smaller 'Roma' one is a variety is called Amish Paste.  I planted all new-to-me plants this year.   Thanks for the challenge Claire!
